My name is Natasha Banks, and I am a Functional Health and Performance Coach, as well as a Wellness Consultant for businesses. I founded The Wellness Consultant with a singular vision: to empower high-achieving women, from successful entrepreneurs to C-suite executives, to transform their health and optimise their wellbeing for sustained peak performance.
