  • Stress can manifest itself in many ways as a result of heightened cortisol which can disrupt many systems within the body? This Stress Management programme explores the gut-brain axis, reviews lifestyle and sleep patterns, assesses the root cause of stress and equips you with mindfulness techniques helping you become more resilient to stress.

  • Are you struggling with digestive issues? Conditions such as chronic stress, anxiety and depression as well as discomfort, constipation or indigestion can all stem from the gut.   • Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) can offer a range of benefits for individuals managing their blood sugar levels. We all know that glucose spikes keep your body in a stress response, the higher the spike, the lower the dip and it becomes a vicious cycle. We are all different and so knowing what your body can eat and minimise glucose spikes is valuable knowledge.

    This is a small device that can be applied at home.

  • Gaining comprehensive insight into hormone health can help you address hormonal imbalances. Key hormones like cortisol, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone are measured but it can also provide a picture of hormone production, metabolism, and detoxification pathways.

    There are two options, either the DUTCH test (dried urine test that can be done at home), alternatively a simple blood test.

  • It is always helpful to identify imbalances and uncover underlying issues that may contribute to digestive discomfort, inflammation, or broader health concerns. Gaining insights into the levels of beneficial bacteria, pathogens, fungi, and parasites, as well as markers for inflammation, digestion, and immune function in the gastrointestinal tract allows you to address gut imbalances which have far-reaching benefits, improving energy levels, mood, immune response, and overall wellbeing.

    This is usually a stool test that can be done at home.

  • Cortisol, a key stress hormone, plays a vital role in regulating energy, mood, immune function, and metabolism. Imbalanced cortisol levels can contribute to fatigue, anxiety, weight changes, and disrupted sleep. By identifying whether cortisol levels are too high, too low, or follow an abnormal daily pattern, it can help pinpoint potential issues like chronic stress, adrenal fatigue/burnout, or underlying hormonal imbalances. With this information, personalised strategies can be developed to support stress management, optimise energy, and enhance resilience.

    A saliva test that can be done at home.

  • Identify key vitamins and minerals that you may be depleted in including iron, vitamin D, B vitamins, magnesium, and more, which are essential for energy production, immune function, and overall vitality. Gain insights into how well your body is absorbing and utilising nutrients, helping to uncover any deficiencies, potential reasons for fatigue, poor concentration, or weakened immunity.

    There are two options, either a finger prick kit to be done at home or a full blood draw to be done by a phlebotomist.
